Location: Indore (Onsite Only) Day Shift

Position: Business Development Executive (IT Sales - International Process)Key Responsibilities:
Work on bidding portals :Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, PPH :
Generate international leads
Proposal writing & project bidding
Understanding project requirements & creating proper project flow
Milestone planning & management
Client communication & follow-ups
Scheduling meetings & handling client calls
Managing project flow with developers
Understanding AI, Blockchain, Web Apps & Database projects

Eligibility:
B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc
BBA / MBA / B.Com / M.Com (Business Background)
Solid English Communication Skills (mandatory)
Eager to learn IT technologies

Training Structure:
Initial 3 Months Training Period :
Training provided on:
Portals & Bidding
Technologies (AI, Blockchain, Web, Database)
Proposal writing




Client communication & meetings

Salary Structure:
First 3 Months: ₹7,000 - ₹10,000 (Based on communication & skillset)
After Training: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 Fixed (Based on performance)
