Process and manage purchase orders from contemporary trade clients
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics for timely dispatch
Track order status and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain records of orders, invoices, and dispatch details
Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly sales data)
Handle client communication for order updates and queries
Assist in product listings, promotions, and scheme updates
Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and required documentation
Manage returns, claims, and deductions from clients
Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
Monitor inventory for key modern trade accounts
