Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and property investors.
Conduct field visits to explore residential and commercial properties.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, builders, investors, and channel partners.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
Arrange property site visits and explain property details to clients.
Research real estate projects, market trends, and property prices across Ahmedabad.
Maintain client information, property listings, and daily sales reports.
Negotiate deals and assist in closing property transactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Skills RequiredGood communication and negotiation skills.
Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate.




Confidence in interacting with clients and property owners.
Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for fieldwork.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphones.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in real estate, field sales, or business development is an advantage.
Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork.
A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
