Job Title: Cook / Chef

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook/Chef to prepare high-quality, hygienic, and delicious food according to the menu and customer requirements. The candidate should have positive knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food as per the menu and required standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.
Handle food preparation, chopping, cooking, plating, and serving.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Monitor food stock and inform management about ingredient requirements.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.




Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cook/Chef is preferred.
Good knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to prepare food efficiently during busy hours.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.
