Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on travel package enquiries.
Explain domestic and international tour packages to customers.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.
Maintain daily call reports, customer details, and follow-up records
