Inventory Management

Avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
Logistics & Distribution
Manage transportation, shipment, and delivery operations.
Ensure timely movement of goods from manufacturing units to warehouses and customers.
Optimize transportation costs and delivery routes.
Warehouse Management
Oversee warehouse operations, storage, and material handling.
Ensure proper stock tracking and documentation.
Maintain safety and quality standards.
Team Management




Lead and supervise procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews.
Cost Optimization
Identify prospects to reduce procurement and transportation costs.
Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Prepare and monitor supply chain budgets.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports.
Track KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfilment, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
