Role Overview:

The Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) will be responsible for handling customer interactions, driving showroom sales, and managing day-to-day activities at a COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) showroom. The role requires a customer-focused and sales-oriented individual who can contribute to showroom performance and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive showroom sales.
Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product information.
Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer relationships.
Manage daily showroom operations and maintain proper store presentation.
Handle order booking,



collection updates, and inventory receipts.
Maintain sales records and prepare required reports.
Ensure showroom upkeep and follow company processes and display guidelines.
Conduct activities to attract customers and increase showroom footfall.
