Job Title: Punjabi Caller

Job Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary (CTC): Rs.20,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and dedicated Punjabi-speaking callers to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Punjabi, possess good communication skills, and be comfortable conducting telephonic conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and communicate with respondents professionally in Punjabi.

Conduct telephonic interactions to collect information and feedback as required.

Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and customer interactions.

Ensure explicit, polite, and effective communication throughout each call.

Achieve assigned calling targets while maintaining quality standards.





Follow company guidelines and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of collected information.

Candidate Requirements

Fluency in spoken Punjabi is mandatory.

Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Hindi is preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Ability to handle telephonic conversations confidently and professionally.
