Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime/ Excel and other ERP Softwares.
Prepare customer invoices for storage, handling, and transportation services.
Manage accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and customer outstanding statements.
Verify transport bills, diesel expenses, tolls, and trip documents.
Prepare driver trip settlements (Trip Hisaab), including freight calculations, advances, tolls, loading/unloading charges, and final payments.
