Job Description – Accounts Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Industry: Precast Concrete & Paver Block Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Billing: Manage day-to-day accounting, sales/purchase invoices, Tally entries, cash books and financial records.
- Receivables & Payables: Track customer payments, outstanding dues, supplier bills and vendor payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain raw material and finished goods stock records, including inward/outward movements.
- Banking & Cash Management: Handle petty cash, bank transactions and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Payroll & Expenses: Maintain labour attendance, wages, overtime, advances and factory/transport expenses.
- GST & Compliance: Maintain GST records, e-invoices, e-way bills and assist with statutory filings and audits.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare sales, outstanding, expense,



inventory and profitability reports.
- Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate with sales, dispatch, production and suppliers while maintaining accurate accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- Proficiency in TallyPrime, MS Excel and accounting software.
- Working knowledge of GST, invoicing, bookkeeping and inventory accounting.
- Strong numerical accuracy, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing or factory accounting preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
