We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and experienced Full time In-House Advocate to independently handle a wide range of legal matters before the High Court for the State of Telangana, District Courts, Trial Courts, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should possess strong litigation experience, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently from initiation to final disposal.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent and appear in civil, criminal, commercial, property, constitutional, and other litigation matters before various courts in Hyderabad.
- Handle matters before the Telangana High Court, District Courts, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial authorities.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, petitions, writ petitions, affidavits, counter-affidavits, applications, appeals, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Independently manage cases, including filing, court appearances, arguments, evidence, cross-examination, and execution proceedings.
- Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and provide sound legal opinions.




- Monitor case progress, maintain case records, and ensure timely compliance with court orders and procedural requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, court staff, senior counsel, and other legal professionals as required.
- Handle urgent filings, interim applications, and day-to-day litigation requirements.

Requirements

- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Enrolled with a State Bar Council and eligible to practise before courts in India.
- Prior litigation experience before Trial Courts and the Telangana High Court is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil and criminal laws, procedural laws, and court practices.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, communication, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple cases across different areas of law.
- Familiarity with court filing procedures, e-filing systems, and case management.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
