We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM professional with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit to develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models (BIM) across architectural and construction projects. The role involves translating architectural concepts, design development, and engineering inputs into accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready BIM models and documentation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, building systems, and multidisciplinary coordination, with the ability to work independently and deliver models and drawings to defined project standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Modelling & Documentation

- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Develop detailed 3D models with appropriate Levels of Development (LOD) based on project requirements.
- Generate accurate construction drawings, details, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project BIM standards.

2. BIM Coordination

- Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP models.
- Identify and resolve design clashes, spatial conflicts, and discrepancies.
- Work with multidisciplinary consultants to integrate engineering inputs into coordinated models.
- Support model reviews and coordination exercises using Navisworks or equivalent tools.

3. Construction & Technical Detailing

- Develop detailed construction assemblies,



wall sections, floor and roof systems, openings, and architectural interfaces.
- Understand material specifications, junction details, buildability, and construction sequencing.
- Translate design intent into technically accurate and constructible documentation.
- Support the development of fabrication and shop drawings where required.

4. Model Management & Quality Control

- Maintain model integrity, naming conventions, view templates, families, and project parameters.
- Ensure models are optimised, organised, and compliant with project-specific BIM execution requirements.
- Review drawings and models for dimensional accuracy, coordination, and completeness.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain drawing and model version control.

Software Proficiency

Essential:

- Autodesk Revit - Advanced proficiency in architectural modelling and documentation.
- AutoCAD - Working knowledge of 2D drafting and detailing.

Preferred:

- Navisworks - Model federation, clash detection, and coordination.
- Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 - Model sharing and collaboration.
- Dynamo - Basic automation and workflow optimisation.
- SketchUp - Understanding of 3D design workflows.

Required Qualifications & Experience





- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in BIM modelling and architectural documentation.
- Demonstrated experience delivering architectural BIM models and construction drawing packages.
- Strong understanding of building construction, materials, detailing, and architectural assemblies.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
