Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Setter cum Closer to connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, explain our fitness programs, and guide them through the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our fitness programs.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Handle objections and confidently close sales.
- Maintain lead records and update client interactions in the CRM.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 30 years of age.
- Proven experience in sales is a must.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Laptop and secure internet connection are mandatory.
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

₹30,000 Fixed Monthly Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
