Job Description- Role: Store Manager / Facility Incharge Role.

Responsibilities

- Manage material receipts, storage, and issue records.
- Maintain stock registers, GRNs, and delivery challans.
- Monitor housekeeping materials, chemicals, uniforms, PPE, and catering supplies.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Operations for stock replenishment.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and stock levels.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in store management or inventory control preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Solid stock management and documentation skills.
