Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, courier operations, dispatch, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience tracking inbound and outbound courier costs and maintaining detailed shipment records.
- Working knowledge of courier rate cards, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Ability to analyse shipment and cost data to identify high-cost routes, redundant shipments, and savings opportunities.
- Experience coordinating with courier vendors and internal teams to resolve delivery, service, and billing issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience preparing cost and performance reports.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Bangalore.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
