About Us

Dukaan 360 helps small shop owners run their shops without stress. Using just WhatsApp, owners can track staff attendance, assign tasks, manage salary and advances, and get a daily report of what happened in their shop. No new app and no training needed.

We are growing fast, and we are looking for a confident, friendly person to join our sales team.

Your Role

You will talk to shop owners who show interest in us on Instagram. You will help them understand how Dukaan 360 can make their life easier, and guide them to buy our product or book a consultation call with us.

You will also be the friendly voice that helps our customers when they have doubts. You are our first point of contact for sales and support.

What You Will Do

- Call leads that come through our Instagram channel, and do it quickly
- Explain Dukaan 360 to shop owners in simple language (Hindi/English)
- Understand each owner's problem and show how our product solves it
- Sell the product and our paid consultation calls
- Follow up with interested leads until they say yes or no
- Book demos and consultation calls on the team calendar
- Help new customers get started and answer their questions
- Explain how features work, such as attendance, tasks, advances, and the WhatsApp menu
- Note down customer feedback and problems, and pass them to our team
- Keep daily records of calls, follow-ups,



and sales in our tracker

What We Are Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inbound or outbound sales, or customer support (strong freshers with great communication are also welcome)
- Transparent and confident speaking in Hindi and English (Marathi or another local language is a plus)
- A friendly, patient voice that builds trust quickly
- The ability to explain things in a simple way
- A target-driven mindset, and you are not afraid of hearing "no"
- Basic comfort with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and a phone/laptop
- Good listening skills and honest communication

Nice to Have

- Experience selling to small business owners or retail shop owners
- Experience with software or SaaS products
- Experience handling leads from social media
