Hiring: Head – Admissions

Upcoming - Arts & Science College, Chennai

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Admissions to establish and lead the complete admissions function of our upcoming Arts & Science College in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement admission strategies from the ground level.
- Achieve the student admission targets set by the Management.
- Generate student enquiries through school visits, outreach programmes, digital marketing and other channels.
- Manage the complete admission process from enquiry generation to student enrolment.
- Build and manage a team of admission counsellors and field executives.
- Develop relationships with schools, students, parents and educational institutions.
- Monitor admission progress,



conversion ratios and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Conduct market research and develop strategies to improve student admissions.

Candidate Profile:

- 8–15 years of experience in college admissions, preferably in Arts & Science colleges.
- Proven track record in achieving student admission targets.
- Experience in independently managing end-to-end admissions.
- Robust communication, counselling, marketing and team management skills.
- Knowledge of the Chennai educational market is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve Management expectations.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
