Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and self-driven Reservations & Revenue Manager who can independently handle end-to-end reservations, guest enquiries, sales conversions, and revenue management across our hospitality properties.

We value hands-on experience, ownership, and results over big hotel brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Enquiry & Booking Management: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and online booking requests professionally, ensuring quick responses and maximum conversions.
- Revenue Management: Independently manage room tariffs, dynamic pricing, seasonal rates, minimum-stay restrictions, and occupancy-based pricing strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitor pricing, market demand, local events, and booking trends to maximise revenue and occupancy.
- OTA Management: Hands-on management of Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip and other booking platforms, including availability, rates, promotions, and inventory.
- Sales & Conversions: Proactively follow up on leads, negotiate rates within approved guidelines, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and maximise direct reservations.
- Guest Coordination: Manage pre-arrival communication, special requests, upselling, and smooth coordination with property operations teams.
- Reporting & Accountability: Maintain accurate booking records,



revenue reports, occupancy forecasts, lead conversion tracking, and daily sales updates.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in reservations and revenue management, preferably with villas, vacation rentals, serviced apartments, or boutique hotels.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory, with strong communication and telephone etiquette.
- Proven ability to independently handle reservations, pricing decisions, OTA extranets, and booking conversions.
- Working knowledge of PMS, channel managers, booking engines, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid sales skills, commercial awareness, negotiation abilities, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organised, responsive, and capable of taking complete ownership with minimal supervision.

Important: We are looking for a hands-on professional who has personally managed bookings and revenue—not someone whose experience is limited to supervising large teams or working within established hotel systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
