Job Summary

Ankit India is looking for a skilled and experienced Garment Export Merchandiser to handle end-to-end merchandising activities, including buyer coordination, product development, costing, sampling, production follow-up, quality control, and shipment management.

The candidate should have good knowledge of garment manufacturing and export procedures, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle international buyer communication through emails and calls.

Manage buyer inquiries, quotations, costing, and order confirmations.

- Coordinate garment development, fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing.

- Follow up on proto samples, fit samples, size sets, and pre-production samples.

- Coordinate with fabric, trims, sampling, and production departments.

- Prepare and maintain T&A; (Time and Action) calendars.

- Monitor production progress and ensure timely order execution.

- Coordinate with quality teams for inline and final inspections.

- Ensure garment quality according to buyer specifications.

- Coordinate packing, shipment planning, and export documentation.





- Maintain order status reports, costing sheets, and merchandising MIS.

- Ensure timely delivery of export orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; Textile or Fashion Management preferred.

- 2–4 years of experience in garment export merchandising.

- Valuable knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and measurements.

- Knowledge of garment costing and sampling procedures.

- Understanding of production processes and quality standards.

- Knowledge of export documentation and shipment procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
