W*e are is looking for a dedicated and responsible Track & Trace Coordinator* to join our growing transportation team.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to details, and can consistently monitor our trucks and shipments on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and monitor trucks and shipments throughout the day using GPS and tracking systems.
- Provide regular location updates, ETAs, and delivery status reports.
- Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure pickups and deliveries are on schedule.
- Proactively identify delays and report issues immediately.
- Update customer tracking portals and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Follow up on missing tracking updates and ensure no shipment is overlooked.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team on daily truck movements.





Requirements:

- Previous experience in trucking, logistics, dispatch, or tracking is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable using computers, GPS tracking software, and Excel.
- Robust dedication, accountability, and a sense of responsibility are essential.

We're looking for someone who doesn't need constant reminders and takes pride in keeping every truck and shipment properly monitored.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
