The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to convert admission enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Counsel parents about preschool programmes, curriculum, facilities and fee structure.
- Convert prospective parents' enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Conduct school tours and explain our teaching methodology.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents.
- Maintain enquiry records and admission databases.
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams.
- Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns and school events.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle parents professionally and confidently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
