WE’RE HIRING | HOTEL ONBOARDING MANAGERS – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Carlton Wellness Group is expanding its hospitality footprint across India, and we are looking for Hotel Onboarding Managers / Business Development Managers to join our growing team.

- Bangalore

What will you do?

You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with independent hotel owners and converting suitable properties into the Carlton portfolio through:→ Franchise Agreements→ Revenue Share Models→ Hotel Management / Operating PartnershipsThe role will involve hotel owner meetings, field visits, lead generation, commercial negotiations, relationship management, and closure of hotel partnerships.

Who are we looking for?

Candidates with experience in Hotel Acquisition, Supply, Franchise Development,



Business Development or Hotel Onboarding will be preferred.

Experience with hotel chains, hospitality startups, OTAs, hotel aggregators or franchise brands would be highly relevant.
