We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Warehouse Supervisor / Executive to lead our day-to-day floor operations. The ideal candidate will be an on-the-floor leader who actively supervises ground staff, ensures all job work is completed within strict daily deadlines, and maintains flawless inventory documentation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of meeting daily dispatch or processing targets, we want you on our team.

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Warehouse Executive, or Supervisor.
- Education: Any Graduate in any discipline
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
- Leadership: Robust capability to manage, motivate, and direct blue-collar warehouse staff.
- Communication: Clear communication skills to relay targets to the floor and status updates to management.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move around the warehouse floor for long stretches.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
