Key Responsibilities

- Teach Accountancy to Grades 11 and 12 as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured, and concept-based lessons.
- Explain accounting principles, concepts, procedures, and financial statements using practical examples.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, presentations, and other learning resources.
- Provide students with regular practice in numerical problems and accounting applications.
- Conduct periodic tests, assessments, and examinations to monitor student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and additional academic support to students who require it.
- Prepare students effectively for board examinations and internal assessments.
- Develop students' analytical, numerical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Guide students in projects, assignments, and practical applications of Accountancy.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, marks, and student progress.
- Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate remedial and enrichment strategies.
- Use digital tools, spreadsheets, and technology to enhance teaching and learning.




- Encourage classroom discussions and real-life applications of accounting concepts.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and academic coordinators to support student development.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress when required.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programmes, workshops, school events, and other academic activities.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, examination patterns, accounting standards, and relevant developments in the field.

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's degree in Commerce / Accountancy / Finance or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior experience teaching Accountancy for Grades 11 & 12 is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the relevant curriculum and board examination requirements.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
