Position: Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive
Location: Bhagalpur, Bihar
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Newspaper / Media / Advertising / Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and generate new advertisement business from government and private sector clients.
- Liaise with government departments, corporate houses, advertising agencies and local businesses.
- Identify current business opportunities and achieve advertisement revenue targets.
- Expand newspaper circulation and readership across Bihar and Jharkhand.
- Develop and manage a network of newspaper distributors, agents and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, clients and distribution partners.
- Prepare marketing strategies and plans for revenue growth and market expansion.

Candidate Profile





- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the newspaper or media industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of the advertising and newspaper circulation market.
- Ability to independently handle sales targets and develop new business.
- Should be proactive, result-oriented and willing to travel as required.

Remuneration: Attractive salary and performance-based incentives, commensurate with experience and capability.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
