About the Fellowship:

The Mahindra Innovation Fellowship is a unique opportunity for exceptional problem-solvers, innovators, and future leaders to work at the intersection of technology, strategy, venture investing, and entrepreneurship. Fellows will identify breakthrough innovations, evaluate emerging technologies, engage with startups, and work closely with senior Mahindra leaders to shape the Group's long-term growth agenda.

Job Purpose:

To identify emerging technologies, evaluate disruptive business opportunities, and support strategic innovation initiatives that will help shape Mahindra's businesses over the next 10-15 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scout and assess startups, emerging technologies, and innovation ecosystems globally.
- Conduct research and analysis on frontier technologies, market trends, and evolving business models.
- Evaluate commercial viability, strategic relevance, and scalability of innovative solutions.
- Support innovation investment opportunities through market mapping, due diligence, and business case development.
- Prepare insightful recommendations and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.
- Collaborate with leaders across Mahindra businesses to identify future growth opportunities.
- Work on high-impact projects spanning technology, strategy, venture capital, and entrepreneurship.

Eligibility:





- Bachelor's or equivalent degree from a premier global/Indian institution.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated intellectual curiosity and problem-solving capability.
- Prior experience through internships, research, startups, consulting, venture capital, product management, strategy, or technology-related roles is preferred.
- Candidates with a demonstrated interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies are strongly encouraged to apply.

Fellowship Benefits:
