**Position:** Satellite Manager (STM)
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Manage and monitor multiple stores operations.
* Supervise store staff and ensure adequate manpower availability.
* Monitor inventory, stock inwarding, and stock accuracy.
* Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and delivery.
* Track store performance and achieve operational targets.
* Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and company SOPs.
* Coordinate with Area Managers and other teams to resolve operational issues.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in retail, grocery, or quick-commerce operations preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
