Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, compliance and daily operations of residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in facility management, vendor coordination, maintenance operations and handling residents or tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day property and facility maintenance activities.
- - Ensure proper functioning of water systems, RO plants, STP plants, generators and other utilities.
- - Handle vendor and contractor management, including lift maintenance, housekeeping, security and pest control.
- - Coordinate with residents and tenants and resolve their complaints.
- - Ensure statutory compliance, including fire licences, lift licences and property tax.
- - Supervise security and housekeeping teams.
- - Monitor maintenance expenses, vendor payments and monthly expenditure reports.
- - Coordinate civil works,



renovation and infrastructure projects.
- - Ensure fire safety, security and overall property standards.
- - Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

- - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Property Management or Business Administration.
- - 5–10 years of experience in Property Management, Facility Management or Estate Management.
- - Experience handling residential and commercial properties.
- - Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and vendor management.
- - Knowledge of statutory compliance, fire safety and budgeting.
- - Positive communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from gated communities, apartment associations, industrial parks, commercial complexes and real estate facility management companies are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
