We are a leading B2B IT software enterprise in Akshar Chowk, Vadodara providing web-based software to different manufacturing companies. We are looking for a fresher candidate for Backoffice Support for our software.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain our products/services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers by phone.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.

Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate (Students/12th pass: Please do not apply)
- Communication Skills: Good command over Hindi and English (Read and Write).
- Experience: Freshers to 2 Years max

Day shift / Morning job — 100% in-office role (No traveling involved)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
