- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and provide timely resolution to patient queries.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, or Patient Calling.
- Strong experience handling patient calls and customer service responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Eligibility Verification, Patient Collections, Denials, Rejections, Payment Posting, and Insurance Processing.
- Understanding of CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms.
- Hands-on experience with medical billing software such as Kareo, Therapy Notes, Straightforward Practice, TheraNest, YouthCare, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Physician Billing, Chiropractic, Mental Health, Behavioral Health, or Nephrology Billing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
- Experience in client interaction, audits, quality assurance, or team management will be an added advantage.




- Assist patients with billing, insurance, payment, eligibility verification, denials, and claim-related concerns.
- Maintain detailed call logs, patient records, and communication databases.
- Follow communication scripts and ensure a positive patient experience during every interaction.
- Perform accurate data entry and update patient information in billing systems.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel and CRM tools.
- Ensure all queries are resolved within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Support patient collections, payment posting, insurance processing, and account follow-ups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
