Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred Responsibilities
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate publishers and partners across multiple verticals and GEOs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to drive business growth and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance, track conversions, FTDs, revenue, and ensure compliance with campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with affiliate networks, advertisers, and internal teams to resolve campaign-related issues.
• Share campaign updates, promotional materials, tracking links, and performance reports with affiliates.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to optimize performance and increase revenue.
• Explore new traffic sources, publishers, and business opportunities to expand the company's affiliate network. Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
• Good understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, campaign management, and performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with affiliates and business partners.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
• Knowledge of tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Kochava, or Branch will be an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and work with revenue and conversion-based targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a quick-paced environment.
