Role Description The Field Sales and Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This position is responsible for identifying and approaching potential restaurant clients, presenting iWaiter’s platform, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves planning and executing local marketing activities, gathering market and customer insights, and supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth implementation experience. The executive will build and maintain long-term client relationships, track performance against sales targets,



and collaborate with internal teams to refine sales and marketing strategies for the Bhopal region. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills for designing and executing local campaigns and promotions.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze local restaurant trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with restaurant owners, managers, and staff clearly and professionally.
• Relevant experience in field sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or F&B; technology solutions.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, travel locally to meet clients, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfort with demonstrating software products and explaining technical features in straightforward business terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
