Job Description – Customer Support Executive

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to join our team.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.

Working Details:

- Working Days: 5 or 6 days per week, depending on the process.
- Male Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 1:00 AM.
- Female Shift: Day shift only.
- Work Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore.

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹19,000 per month (In-Hand), depending on skills and experience.
