Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented candidate to expand LoadMee's business by acquiring new customers and onboarding vehicle partners.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit local markets, businesses, shops and industries to generate recent customer leads.
- Acquire new customers and generate logistics booking requirements.
- Onboard vehicle owners and Pilots on the LoadMee platform.
- Increase vehicle availability across Pickup, Tata Ace, 3-Wheeler, E-Loader and other categories.
- Promote LoadMee services and build strong market relationships.
- Conduct regular field visits and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead generation and conversion reports.
- Required SkillsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
