Job Title : Executive-customer support (Voice)
Company : MedAxis BPO Services (Domestic Voice Process)
Location : Ekkattuthangal, Chennai
Language : English.
Salary : ₹14000 to ₹16,000 per month (take-home)
For Other Language Candidates(Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi), the pay gets differ
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English and other languages
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and other languages
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
