Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. The Store Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, arranging, and issuing inventory in line with company standards. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely availability of materials for resort operations. The role also involves interacting with internal stakeholders, supporting sales and guest-facing teams with required stock, and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant store environment. The Store Executive will follow established processes, support periodic audits, and contribute to efficient and cost-effective inventory management.

Qualifications





- Strong customer service and communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and support guest-facing functions.
- Experience in retail or store operations, with an understanding of merchandising, stock handling, and inventory flow.
- Sales and commerce-related skills to support resort sales initiatives and manage basic commercial documentation.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, use inventory or ERP systems, and work with MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or resort operations is an advantage.
