We're Hiring: Accounts Executive

? New Delhi (Hybrid) | Full-Time

At Accountables, we help growing businesses across the UK and US build stronger finance functions through reliable reporting, better controls, and finance support that evolves with their growth.

We're expanding our team and looking for accounting professionals with robust fundamentals, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take ownership of high-quality finance delivery.

What You'll Do

✔ Manage accounting and reporting delivery for a portfolio of UK and US clients.

✔ Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and month-end deliverables.

✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

✔ Maintain financial controls and support audit readiness.

✔ Review accounting work and coordinate with junior team members.

✔ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

✔ Work closely with founders, CFOs, and finance stakeholders across growing businesses.

What We're Looking For

Profile 1: Semi-Qualified CA

- Semi-qualified CA with 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
- Experience handling financial reporting and client deliverables.

Profile 2: B.Com Graduate





- B.Com graduate with 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong accounting fundamentals and practical experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Common Requirements

- Experience with cloud accounting tools and modern finance workflows.
- Confidence in handling client communication and managing deliverables.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset.

Bonus If You've Worked With

QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Dext, Hubdoc, Gusto, or have exposure to FP&A; activities.
