- Robust understanding of US IT recruitment lifecycle & hiring laws
- Experience sourcing US Citizens & Green Card holders
- Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, E3, TN) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
- Excellent technical screening, sourcing & candidate assessment skills
- Comfortable working in EST/PST shifts
