Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for HOSHŌ DIGITAL. This full-time, on-site role based in Indore involves preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial statements, monitoring key financial metrics, and supporting strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. The Finance Manager will manage accounting processes, coordinate with external auditors, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintain internal controls and risk management practices. The role includes collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams on cost optimization,



investment planning, and financial policies, as well as supervising finance staff and improving financial systems and processes.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Experience with cash flow management, cost control, and investment evaluation to support business growth.
- Ability to implement and maintain internal controls, risk management practices, and audit readiness.
- Advanced proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP or accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance colleagues.
- Proven experience in a finance management or senior accounting role, preferably in technology or AI-driven organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate across teams, and uphold ethical and responsible financial practices.
