Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru. The individual in this role leads interior design projects from concept to completion, including programming, space planning, design development, and overseeing construction detailing. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and presentation materials, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project phases. The Senior Interior Designer mentors junior team members, manages client communication,



and supports project scheduling and quality control to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client needs into cohesive layouts and concepts.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to prepare and review detailed plans and documentation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E; selection and specification, including materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting appropriate for diverse project types.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and several years of experience in professional interior design practice.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate in a team setting, communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and maintain a high standard of design and documentation.
