We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketer who understands paid advertising, campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and data-driven growth.

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will work with different clients and industries, helping businesses generate qualified leads, increase conversions, improve ROAS, and achieve their marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a creative approach to campaign strategy, and the ability to translate marketing data into actionable growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and placements.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Develop and implement lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.




- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
- Track conversion events and coordinate pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 implementation.
- Manage multiple client campaigns while maintaining performance and reporting standards.
- Stay updated with advertising platform changes, trends, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing lead generation, conversion, and sales campaigns.
- Understanding of campaign optimisation, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability.

Candidates with digital marketing agency experience and a proven track record of generating leads or improving ROAS will be preferred.
