Role Description This is a full-time, on-site faculty role based in Delhi, India, focusing on Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation (LRDI), and Verbal Ability for exams such as CAT, GMAT, GRE, and IELTS. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering classroom sessions, explaining core concepts, demonstrating problem-solving approaches, and providing exam-specific tips and strategies. Faculty members will design practice questions, mock tests, and assignments, evaluate student performance, and offer constructive feedback and doubt-clearing support. The role also involves updating teaching materials based on changing exam patterns, maintaining student progress records, and participating in academic meetings and training initiatives. Collaboration with other faculty to ensure consistent teaching quality and a supportive learning environment is expected.
Qualifications

- Solid command of Quantitative Aptitude topics (algebra,



arithmetic, geometry, number systems, data interpretation) and ability to teach them for CAT, GMAT, and GRE.
- Expertise in Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation, including analytical puzzles, data analysis, and decision-making sets for competitive examinations.
- Advanced Verbal Ability and English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and written communication for exams like CAT, GMAT, GRE, and IELTS.
- Proven classroom teaching or training experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt methods to varied learner levels.
- Familiarity with exam patterns, question types, and scoring schemes for CAT, GMAT, GRE, and IELTS, and experience designing relevant practice material.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and time management strategies relevant to competitive exams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-focused approach and ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, English, Linguistics, Education, or related fields).
- Comfort with basic educational technology tools (presentations, online test platforms, learning management systems) for teaching and assessment.
