About the Role
Aviva Staffing is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Staffing Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to fulfill client requirements.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Staffing.
Good understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Solid candidate management and follow-up skills.
