Role Description The Delivery Manager (US Recruitment) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of recruitment services for US-based clients. This role oversees requisition intake, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. The Delivery Manager collaborates closely with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and provide market insights and recommendations.



Day-to-day activities include managing recruiter workloads, monitoring pipelines, setting priorities, and ensuring adherence to service-level expectations. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, improving recruitment processes, coaching team members, and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.

Strong experience in US recruitment delivery, including full-cycle hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Proficiency in using ATS/CRM systems, job boards, professional networks, and digital sourcing tools to build and manage talent pipelines.

Skills in stakeholder management, client communication, and expectation setting, with the ability to influence decisions using data and market insights.

Team leadership capabilities, including workload management, performance tracking, coaching, and process improvement.

Understanding of US labor market trends, recruitment best practices, and basic compliance considerations relevant to hiring.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment or staffing.

Prior experience in agency or RPO environments and working in remote, distributed teams is highly beneficial.
