We are looking for a Team Lead to take full ownership of this category and

guide the team that runs it, from daily news sourcing to page health and campaign delivery.

Source the news: Identify local and national stories every day and get them drafted through the

AI writing tool.

• Ensure quality: Review drafts for factual accuracy, strong headlines and caption quality before

Share weekly updates on page performance, campaigns and team output.

1–1.5 years of experience in digital media, social media, content or news.

- Genuine interest in news and a disciplined habit of fact-checking.
- Transparent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi.

Prior experience handling a team. This is not mandatory, and full training will be provided.
