Hiring: Project Manager – Recruitment (RPO) Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 12–15 Years
We are looking for an experienced RPO / Recruitment Delivery Leader to manage an in office recruitment engagement for a large industrial organization.
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery and manage a team of recruiters.
Drive hiring across engineering, oil & gas, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, and industrial operations.
Manage client stakeholders, hiring priorities, escalations, and recruitment SLAs.
Monitor delivery performance, recruiter productivity, hiring pipelines, and closures.
Drive sourcing strategies and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
12–15 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition,



with strong RPO delivery experience.
Previous experience managing an RPO engagement at the client's location .
Experience leading recruitment teams and managing client stakeholders.
Prior exposure to hiring for oil & gas, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing clients.
Recruitment professionals currently working as RPO Project Managers, RPO Delivery Managers, Recruitment Delivery Leads, or Talent Acquisition Delivery Managers.
This is a recruitment delivery leadership role, not an IT project management position.
