Position: Project Associate
Bangalore (Hybrid Role)

The Project Associate is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing bioanalytical study reports while ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
The role requires collaboration with Project Management (PM), Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), bioanalytical scientists, and study teams to address review comments, resolve discrepancies, and deliver accurate, compliant, and inspection-ready reports within defined timelines.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical laboratories, clinical research, or regulated scientific documentation.
- Good working knowledge of method development, method Validation, study sample analysis, ICH M10, and GLP/GCP requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Watson LIMS, Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) systems, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)




- Experience working in a CRO or regulated bioanalytical laboratory environment is preferred.

Strong scientific writing and technical documentation skills for preparing clear and accurate reports.
Excellent attention to detail with a solid focus on data accuracy and report quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver reports within defined timelines.
Ability to independently address and resolve PM, QC, and QA review comments with minimal supervision.'
