Role Description The Executive Chef is a full-time, on-site role based at our Bengaluru outlet. This position oversees the entire kitchen operation, including menu execution, food preparation, and quality control to ensure every dish reflects Bhojohori Manna's authentic Bengali flavors and standards. The Executive Chef leads, trains, and schedules kitchen staff, maintaining explicit communication, teamwork, and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers,



controlling food costs and wastage, and ensuring consistency across all services. The role also involves collaborating with management on new menu items, seasonal specials, and process improvements that support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Strong culinary expertise in Indian cuisine, preferably with deep knowledge of Bengali dishes, traditional techniques, and flavor profiles.

Proven experience in kitchen leadership, including team supervision, training, mentoring, and performance management in a high-volume restaurant setting.

Demonstrated skills in kitchen operations, such as menu planning, food production, inventory management, and cost control.

Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, HACCP practices, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Experience in branded or multi-outlet restaurant chains, with familiarity in standardized recipes and SOPs, is an advantage.

Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
