Design and run succession planning for critical and leadership roles
Support talent reviews, talent mapping and individual development plans
MBA or PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
Strong grasp of OD frameworks, talent management and change management
Experience with assessment tools, such as competency assessments or 360° feedback, is an advantage
