Responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely vendor payments, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Invoice & Payment Processing
verify and post GRN entries in ERP systems.
Review and process PO and non-PO invoices ensuring complete documentation, approvals, and policy compliance.
Verify, account, and process employee expense claims accurately.
Record payment entries and clear open invoices in ERP.
Create, maintain, and update Vendor Master data across branches in ERP.
Process employee and vendor advances in line with company policies.
Perform vendor reconciliations, match ledger balances, and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure accurate GL coding and correct tax treatment (GST, TDS) for all transactions.
Banking & Treasury Coordination
Prepare and review bank reconciliation statement.
Coordinate with banks for payment processing and banking operations.
Support cash flow planning,



payment prioritization, and forecasting.
Generate monthly GL expense reports and perform AP ageing and variance analysis.
Compliance & Audit
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all AP transactions.
Provide audit support through schedules and reconciliations.
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with Purchase, Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance teams.
